29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) Throughout Facility - On or about January 31, 3018 and at times prior to, portable fire extinguishers were mounted for use and employees had not been informed on the use of fire extinguishers or the hazards related to extinguishing an incipient stage fire, thus exposing employees to potential fire hazards.
