29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who use personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified else where in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: On or about January 30, 2018, employees were performing tasks throughout the facility while being exposed to fall hazards without the employer providing fall protection training to recognize and eliminate those hazards, exposing the employees to fall hazards up to approximately 25 feet.
