29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about 01/30/2018 in the upholstery room; where the band knife was controlled with a standard duty "on/off" snap switch which would allow the motor to automatically restart after resumption of power after an interruption of power. Provisions were not made to prevent the machine from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
