29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations was not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: On or about January 24, 2018, and at times prior thereto, non-intrinsically safe equipment such as but limited to: electrical panels, receptacles and DeWalt Saws, were being used in an area of the facility that was found to be contaminated with combustible dust.
