29 CFR 1926.502(i)(2): Covers shall be capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time. a) Worksite was located at 235 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302 Employees were exposed to fall hazards in the Townhouse as floor hole covers including those for the pour stops, which measured 26" x 38" on the north and eastern sides of the third floor, were of thin sheet metal that would not support the weight of an employee.
