29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) In the northeast corner of the lunchroom, the soft drink (soda) machine chute was found to be contaminated by lead. On or about, December 28, 2017, approximately 3,851 micrograms of lead was detected by wipe sampling of the base of the compartment of the soft drink (soda) machine into which workers grasp selected containers of soft drink (soda).
