29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while engaging in residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented on or about December 18, 2017 at a jobsite located at Lot 9 Q Waters Edge St. 1100 E. Derby, Kansas 67037. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 and 16 feet from the eave to the ground below in that employees had not been trained to recognize and control fall hazards.
