29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(ii): Respirators were not used during Class II work where asbestos containing material was not removed in a substantially intact state: a) Refrigerated Warehouse Area - On or about 10/20/17, employees knocked down and demolished asbestos containing wallboard, which contained 11% chrysotile asbestos, and continued to work in the contaminated area. The asbestos containing material was not removed in an intact state and the employer did not ensure that employees wore respiratory protection while performing this Class II activity.
