29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Air hose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected. The employer is exposing employees to struck by hazards when operating pneumatic air equipment. This was most recently documented at 900 Kelly Ryan Dr, Blair, Nebraska on or about December 13, 2017 when a compressed air hose was observed with a hose clamp holding a quick disconnect connector in place.
