29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts or from the enclosure front) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S: On or about November 16, 2017 employees were exposed to electric shock and fire hazards and the employer did not ensure that electrical panels were unobstructed: a. The electrical panels on the south wall in the boiler room were blocked by unused equipment that had been stacked in front of the panels. b. The main electrical panels that provided power to the facility located in the truck repair shop on the east wall were blocked by unused equipment and could not be accessed.
