29 CFR 1910.217(d)(9)(i): The employer did not establish a die setting procedure for mechanical power press(es) that would ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910.217(c) ; On November 7, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that die setting procedures were established and in place. Employees are tasked with setting up two mechanical power presses located in the secondary machining area of the facility. Press #702 and press #704 are setup by employees without procedures in place.
