29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about November 7, 2017, the employer failed to conduct at least an annual inspection of the lock out tag out procedures and ensure that it met all of the requirements within the standard. The employees use the following machines, that require lock out/tag out, to include but not limited to: the Solid Surface Mixer, Large Mixer, Medium Mixer, small mixer south, small mixer north, Hostess carts #1 -#4, bucket vein mixer, Powermatic RB37 wide belt sander, Sallair 1800 Compressor, Hitachi CLOFSB radial arm saw, Hitachi CLOFSB radial arm saw, Ryobi radial arm saw, and Excaliber radial arm saw.
