29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce exposures to or below the permissible exposure limit, solely by means of engineering and work practice controls: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees who are exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air are not provided a written compliance program. On 11/07/2017 an employee who was the "trainer" was exposed to airborne lead at twice the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms of lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling conducted by OSHA. The exposure level obtained was 110 micrograms of air borne lead per cubic meter of air calculated on 8-hour time weighted average basis. Sampling was conducted for 306 minutes. The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program.
