29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guiderail system and the walking-working surface: a. On or about October 11, 2017 Racks #5 and #6, employees required to move the carts between tanks, clean the bars on the racks, or retrieve racks that have fallen into the tanks were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 52" to the lower level when the midrails were missing on the platform.
