29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Facility: On or about October 16, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer did not did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes to protect employees in the the batch making area while working with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Ancamine 2489 and Ancamine 1768.
