29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(H): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the safety systems (e.g., interlocks, detection or suppression systems): a) GEA/FES ammonia refrigeration system: The employer's process safety information did not include the design information for the hot gas defrost interlocks on equipment such as, but not limited to, spiral air unit coolers LK-18 and LK-19, on or about 10/10/17. b) GEA/FES and Frick ammonia refrigeration systems: The employer's process safety information did not include the design information for the emergency stop buttons, on or about 10/10/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
