29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM or PACM is begun; employer(s) did not identify the presence, location and quantity of ACM and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section: a) Two-Story Single Family Home: Employees engaged in demolition work were removing building material from a debris pile, that consisted of asbestos-containing plaster wall material. Prior to employees conducting demolition work, the employer did not identify the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material, thus exposing employees to asbestos fibers, on or about 10/2/17.
