29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: Solids: On, or about, September 22, 2017, employees designated as First Aid Responders were present at the scene of a traumatic limb amputation in which the injured employee suffered a large amount of blood loss. The First Aid Responders were not offered the Hepatitis B vaccination series. Also, employees who were instructed to clean the contaminated work area were not were not offered the Hepatitis B vaccination series.
