Where relocation was impracticable, combustibles were not protected with flameproofed covers or otherwise shielded with metal or asbestos guards or curtains. a. Lewco, Inc. located in Sandusky Ohio. On or about September 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure welding operations conducted near post K16 were conducted at least 35 feet from combustible materials such as powders used in the powder coating operation.
