On 8/22/2017, the load engaging means were not placed under the Twin Spindle CNC machine as far as possible on the Versa Lift 25/35 prior to attempting to move the machine out of from a corner at Walther Engineering located at 3501 Shotwell Dr., Franklin, OH.
