Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 005 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. a. On or about August 23, 2017, located in the motor room, employees wore rubber insulated gloves while performing electrical work that had not been electrically tested within the last six months, thereby exposing the employees up to an electrical shock hazard of 13,800 VAC.
