29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Unity Southern Environmental, Inc. service garage, Electrical panel boxes: On or about 08/11/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that electrical panel doors were open, and blanks for the missing circuit breakers were missing which exposed employees to hazards.
