29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hexavalent chromium hazards. The condition was most recently observed on August 31, 2017, at 3801 S Oliver, Wichita, Kansas. Employees sanding on primer in the seal bay area were exposed to hexavalent chromium health hazards in that employees were not provided adequate training to demonstrate the knowledge of the contents of this standard such as not removing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before leaving the sanding area.
