29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iv): Midrails were not installed at a height approximately midway between the top edge and of the guardrail system and the platform surface. (a) Date of Violation: On or about 07-06-2017 and times prior thereto, located at NAS Oceana - Dam Neck Annex 352 Bullpup Street. Virginia Beach, VA 23461, Condition: Employee(s) were exposed to scaffolding that was missing a midrail approximately midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the platform surface. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
