29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Cabinet Building Line, on or about 6/29/17: Rotating chuck and router tool bit on a Skil drill press were not guarded. b) Cabinet Building Line, on or about 6/29/17: Pinch points on Gannomat cabinet case clamp and a Wimer HP 3000 cabinet case clamp were not guarded in that the clamps were activate by a single hand control. c) CNC Dept., on or about 6/29/17: Ingoing nip points on the conveying belts and pulleys for the conveying line at the exit end of the Olimpic K1000 edge bander were not guarded.
