29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when electrical panels of 110 volts were left opened and blocked by 55 gallon drums of brass. Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock in the breezeway headed into the warehouse when adequate working space in front of various electrical panel boxes were not maintained clear of all hazards. The electrical panel boxes were blocked by 55 gallon drums.
