29 CFR 1910.265(d)(3)(vii): Circular log bucking or cutoff saw(s) were not so located and guarded to allow safe entrance to and exit from building(s): a) Sawmill; On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees working in the area of the bucksaw to struck-by hazards in that the employer failed to provide effective guarding at the Bucksaw where an exit and entrance to the building was located.
