29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about 5/16/2017 at buildings 300 at 315 Oconee Street, Athens, GA: Employees using and working on the mast climbing scaffold system at heights up to or above 40 feet were exposed to fall hazards from the open sides and ends of the scaffolding systems with missing guardrails or fall protection.
