29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. On or about 1 May 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide adequate energy control program training to employees working with multiple energy source machinery, exposing the employees to the hazards of being struck by or caught in moving machine parts.
