29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to protect employees from exposure to fall hazards while performing residential reroofing activities. This was most recently documented on May 2, 2017, in that the employer did not provide adequate training to each employee on the procedures to be followed for the correct use and operation of fall arrest systems, to include but not limited to the proper use of anchor points, and the proper adjustment of fall arrest systems.
