29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. a) Production Area -Kluge die cutter and foil stamp machine: On or about July 11, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards causing serious injury and impairment in that the chain and sprocket was not guarded.
