29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. On or about February 22, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the Machine Shop where employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from Liquid Fire(Sulfuric Acid) was stored with flammable liquids without the written hazard communication program describing the specific criteria on how the product would be handled and stored. b. On or about February 22, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the Machine Shop where employees were exposed to chemical burn and inhalation hazards from Rapid Electroplating Process, Inc. Activator #4 (Corrosive- Sodium Cyanide)was stored with acid and flammable materials without the written hazard communication program describing the specific criteria on how the product would be handled and stored.
