29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about 2/17/2017, in the wood shop were multi-density fiberboard is cut with power saws, flexible cords were not provided strain relief. (b) On or about 4/4/2017, in the fiberglass layup area, a flexible cord was observed not providing strain relief.
