29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Portable ladder, hook-on ladder, attachable ladder, stair tower, stairway-type ladder, ramp, runway, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used to access scaffold platforms more than 2 feet above or below a point of access: a) On February 13, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet while accessing the work platform of a frame scaffold. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
