29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(ii)(I): Cylinders were not kept far enough away from the actual welding or cutting operation so that sparks, hot slag, or flame would not reach them: On or about February 1, 2017, in the Fil-Torch area, employees performed oxygen and acetylene torch cutting tasks in close proximity to stored oxygen cylinders. Employees were exposed to an explosion hazard in the event hot slag contacted the stored cylinders.
