29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): On or about November 9, 2016, at Ludwig Buildings Enterprises, LLC, the employer failed to ensure that employee(s) received the training required by Paragraph (l) of this section prior to operating a forklift. Employee(s) would typically unload pallets from the dock and bring them inside the building.
