29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: The employer is failing to protect employees from the increase risk of further injury associated with lack of trained medical support. The most recent occurrence of this was evident during the inspection of the facility located at 13800 S. 54th Street, Roca, NE; where the employer has employees working in a facility without assigning anyone the duties as a first responder and the nearest medical support exceeds 5 minute response.
