29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all name-plates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition: Employees engaged in material handling activities using the Toyota forklift (Model - F7GCU25), and employees near the operating forklift, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the forklift's control levers were missing directional control markings.
