29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as , but not limited to, those created by moving components, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts: (a) On the Mark Andy 830 machine, the employer did not ensure that rotating components were guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. (b) On the All-Ex single knife slitter, the employer did not ensure that adequate guarding was implemented, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. (c) On the Wesco W-56 laminator machine, the employer did not ensure that adequate guarding was implemented, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. (d) On the Mark Andy 4120 machine, the employer did not ensure that adequate guarding was implemented around moving components, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
