29 CFR 1910.268(n)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees wore insulating gloves and/or did not avoid body contact when handling cable suspension strand being installed on poles carrying exposed energized power conductors: (a) On or about October 25, 2016, on the east side of FM 1461, the employer did not ensure an employee wore insulating gloves while installing telecommunications strand on poles carrying energized conductors with phase-to-ground voltages of approximately 14.4 kV.
