29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(2)(i)(A)(1): A record which measures or monitors the amount of a toxic substance or harmful physical agent to which the employee is or has been exposed was not maintained by the employer. On or about December 8, 2016, employees wore Hydrogen Sulfide data logging air contaminant monitors which provided digital readings. Exposure data was not maintained as an exposure record for later access by the Secretary or employees.
