29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i): The employer did not perform initial monitoring of employees who were, or might reasonably be expected to be exposed to airborne concentrations at or above the 8-hour TWA and/or excursion limits: On or about October 14, 2016, the employer did not perform initial monitoring for asbestos. Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards while working around asbestos insulation in the north boiler room.
