29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: A) Terex Utilities, Inc. DBA Terex Services, conducting work at 1300 Marion-Agosta Road, Marion, OH 43302: On or about September 16, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees, who were checking electrical connectors of the Whiting 30-Ton overhead crane (Serial # 12171) were using proper electrical personal protective equipment for the hands, head, and body. The employees were exposed to 480 volts electrical hazards.
