29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, chemical breakdown, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees perform work operations including but not limited to breaking down chemicals into smaller containers, and diluting acids. Employee were not provided with an eyewash station and/or emergency shower.
