29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Swing cutoff saw(s) were not provided with an automatically adjusting hood that completely enclosed the upper half of the saw, the arbor end, and the point of operation at all positions of the saw: On or about August 16, 2016, on the south east end of the facility where an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a swing saw without a self-adjusting hood that covers the lower portion of the blade.
