29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about 08/05/16, in the warehouse area, an electrical box next to the ice machine had openings that were not covered. b) On or about 08/05/16, in the warehouse area, an electrical safety switch box next to the ice machine had openings that were not covered. c) On or about 08/05/16, in the loading dock area, the trash compactor control box had openings that were not covered. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
