29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Upper Mezzanine: Employees worked in the upper mezzanine area and accessed extra stock required for job tasks and maintenance activities where portable fire extinguishers were blocked by the extra stock and not readily accessible, on or about 8/10/16. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
