29 CFR 1910.1096(j): Radioactive materials stored in non-radiation area(s) were not secured against unauthorized removal from the place of storage On or about 8-10-2016 employees were exposed to ionizing radiation exposure hazards when the employer broadcast the radiation bunker codes on Ringya. When locks were installed on the bunkers the location to the keys were broadcast on Ringya. making the bunkers unsecure against entrance by unauthorized personnel.
