Tank Car Maintenance & Repair Shop, Wilmington, DE - On or about 7/21/2016, the employer used flexible electrical cord to supply power from an outdoor pole-mounted electrical panel to the electrical disconnect switch used to power a wooden storage shed, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
