29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck(s): The employer does not ensure employees do not conduct work under the elevated forks of forklifts. This violation was observed on or about July 13, 2016 and other times thereafter at the facility. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by falling loads and struck-by the forklift. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure employees working at the facility do not work or pass under elevated forks of forklifts.
